To the Emanuel Medical Center, Turlock nursing administration or human resources team:

The California Nursing Observatory seeks existing aggregate reports that describe RN retention and vacancies at Emanuel Medical Center, Turlock, 825 Delbon Avenue, HCAI 106500867.

Please provide available reports for calendar years 2024 and 2025 and the most recent completed 12-month period, identifying each report's beginning and ending dates:

1. RN turnover: separation counts; voluntary and involuntary departures; average RN headcount or other denominator; calculation method; included employment types; handling of internal transfers.
2. First-year RN retention: cohort dates, RN hires, departures within the first year, cohort eligibility rules, and retention calculation.
3. RN vacancies: budgeted, filled, and unfilled RN FTEs and any headcount measures, as of each report date; vacancy-rate calculation; treatment of frozen positions, leave coverage, internal postings, and agency staff.
4. Unit-level breakdowns where available, with the main acute campus distinguished from the behavioral-health reporting unit and other facilities.
5. Executed 2025–2028 contract provisions on dedicated rapid-response RN coverage and minimum orientation, plus existing aggregate records documenting local implementation and effective dates.

Existing reports with their definitions are preferred. No patient information or individual employee identifiers are requested. If reports use different periods or categories, please retain those definitions. Please identify any requested report that is not maintained or cannot be shared.
